ORDER AND SHIPPING SCHEDULE:

Order Days are each Monday and Thursday
Harvest, Packing and Shipping Days are each Tuesday and Friday
Arriving most destinations Thursdays, Sundays or Mondays.

Season Schedule:

Mac’s harvests and ships oysters and clams year-round. Shellfish condition in terms of taste and texture is at its best from October to June. However, July through September is a very popular time for eating oysters and clams. Mac’s uses a range of farming, holding and temperature control techniques to ensure you have quality shellfish year round.

Truck Schedule:

Our farm, located on Vancouver Island, is connected to the BC mainland by truck and ferry. Transport time to Vancouver is 6 hours, and 10 hours to Seattle SeaTac. Mac’s uses its own truck to Seattle and a truck service to Vancouver for cross-docking. Shellfish shipped from our farm will to the customer between 1 and 3 days depending on the destination.

Air Shipments:

Mac’s air freights oysters and clams to destinations in the USA, Asia, and Europe. Our farm is located approximately 6 hours from YVR Vancouver International, and 10 hours from Seattle SeaTac by truck. Whether you are in North America, Asia, or Europe we get your order to you as timely as possible. No matter where you are in the world, you are never far from Mac’s farm.

Track Your Air Shipments:

Mac’s ship oysters and clams by truck, plane, and ship. If you are buying live shellfish and are located in the Eastern USA, Eastern Canada, Europe or Asia, chances are you will choose air freight. We will fax you a copy of the Airway Bill and you can use the number on it to track your shipment.
